    Access your medical history quickly and safely. With
    our new portal, you may now consult your medical
    information electronically. You will have access to
    your clinical history in a single place, making
    following up on your health easier, at any time and
    from any device.

    Now, you will be able to access:

    Scheduled appointments

    You may also use automatic notifications for upcoming
    vaccines, preventative examinations and follow-ups.

    Medical information emitted prior to November 7, 2025 will be available in the old patient portal, which will continue to be accessible.

    ACCESS THE OLD PATIENT PORTAL

    By entering our Patient Portal, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

    1. I release Hospital Auxilio Mutuo from any legal responsibility that may arise from divulging information and I renounce confidentiality rights regarding the documents provided through the portal.
    2. If the person requesting information is not the patient, they must bring written authorization signed by the patient. Otherwise, your request will be denied.
    3. If the patient is underage, their legal guardian must stop by the Management Department with written consent. In the absence of said document, a copy of the original court order must be provided in order for the request to be accepted.
    4. In order to confirm your information, you must type in your birth year (yyyy) in the invitation code field.
    5. After accepting the terms and conditions, the system will sync your medical information and redirect you to the Portal where you will be provided with your information.
